The Echo Archives is a discovery archive, not the owner of the podcasts it indexes. This page explains how rights-holder corrections, attribution requests, and removals are handled.
Rights-holder route
Rights holders can ask for factual corrections, attribution changes, image swaps, or removals when a listing needs adjustment.
Archive discretion
The archive may edit, hide, or remove listings when needed for quality, safety, legal, or editorial-boundary reasons.
How to reach the archive
The legal operator is Charlie Arnerstål. The Echo Archives is a Continental project, not a separate legal entity, and the operator is established in Sweden.
For copyright, attribution, privacy, or other legal requests, use the public Continental contact route or email [email protected] for privacy matters. For ordinary metadata fixes, the faster route is usually Submit or correct.
The Echo Archives is an index and discovery site
The archive exists to help listeners discover fiction podcasts and audio dramas. It organizes titles, cover art, links, tags, metadata, archive reviews, community signals, and recommendation routes.
That archive role does not mean the site owns or controls the podcast properties it references. It means the site indexes them, comments on them, and links out to them as part of a curated discovery experience.
What belongs to rights holders
Podcast names, cover art, logos, trademarks, official descriptions, audio clips, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners unless clearly stated otherwise.
The Echo Archives claims ownership only over its own original site design, archive copy, original reviews, collections, and other project-created materials.
What rights holders can request
- Factual metadata corrections, including title, credit, link, status, or release information.
- Attribution changes, such as creator-name formatting or official-link updates.
- Cover-art or asset changes when a better authorized source is available.
- Listing review, hiding, or removal when a rights issue, impersonation issue, or other serious conflict is identified.
If you send a request, include the show title, the affected page URL if available, your relationship to the work, and the exact change you want reviewed.
What the archive may do
The Echo Archives may edit, hide, replace, or remove listings, links, and assets when appropriate. That can include moving a record to text-only presentation while a request is reviewed.
The archive may also ask for clarification or proof before making a rights-related change. Requests to alter archive ratings, reviews, or editorial conclusions are handled separately from factual and rights-holder corrections.
This is a voluntary copyright and rights-request process. It is not a designation of a DMCA agent and does not promise that the archive operates a statutory DMCA notice-and-counter-notice or safe-harbor process. If a different statutory process becomes applicable, this page must be reviewed and updated before it is described here.
